Theatre Royal to Temporarily Close Box Office for System Upgrade

The Theatre Royal Bath Box office will temporarily stop selling tickets this Sunday up to the afternoon of February 14 to make way for a system upgrade on ticket selling and booking systems. 

The Theatre has been making its headway for installing the new ticket booking system, Spektrix, that had already been in operation for over 380 art organizations in the kingdom and in London’s West End major venues. The said system would be offering a bigger range of benefits to make booking procedures hassle-free. 

Theatre Royal Bath’s director, Danny Moar, expressed his delight on the installation of the new ticketing system at the Theatre and believed that this is part of the efforts of the Theatre to provide the best quality service to its customers. He also believed that the new system would be able to give more leverage in providing quality services to everyone who patronizes the Theatre. 

While the installation period has not begun, everyone can still book their tickets at the current box office at the Theatre Royal Bath. Usual business hours will still follow for booking your tickets for the upcoming shows at the Theatre.
