Here are 4 Festive Events You Can Attend in Cornwall This Christmas


With December less than a week away, the time is right to dive into the deep end of Christmas cheer, and what better way than with these festivities all over Cornwall?

  1. Shadows and Light at Eden

Eden’s Christmas programme is scheduled to run from 5pm to 8pm between November 24 and December 30. Entry is free, and you don’t need to book ahead. Visit this show to enjoy live music and a stunning display of lights and spectacular installations

  1. Padstow Christmas Festival

From December 6 to December 9, join Padstow in their awesome Christmas festival that boasts the most amazing selection of food that ranges from artisan breads and cakes, chocolates, meats, cheeses, and preserves and pickles as well as award-winning craft beers, ciders and locally-produced liquors. Entrance to this event is free.

  1. Made in Cornwall Christmas Fair

This year, Lemon Quay in Truro will once more host the Made in Cornwall Christmas Fair and there are already more than 80 Made in Cornwall award holder traders confirmed to be attending the event. The prestigious award indicates that their items have been certified as being genuinely produced in Cornwall by the Trading Standards body. The fair will run from November 28 through to December 2 and is free to attend.

  1. Etsy Made Local St Ives

The Etsy Cornwall team, fresh off last year’s rousing success will once again participate in Etsy Made Local initiative and hold a Christmas craft fair at the Guildhall in St Ives from December 1 to 3. Entrance is free.
