Owners of The Windmill are looking for new stakeholders. In a recent ad posting from Fleurets’ website, the current management of the famous community pub is putting the establishment for sale. And the establishment is valued at £525,000.
The website did not go into detail as to what was the reason for selling the pub. Rather, it only commended the efforts made by the current management. For the past 13 years, they have continued to develop and redevelop the place while gaining popularity among the residents.
One good thing about the pub is that it is never on hiatus. It fares well throughout its daytime and nighttime transactions. Aside from good food, the pub offers comedy shows and quiz night for its regular customers. If no new buyers will be interested, the local pub may indeed close for good.
While there is still no progress in terms of the financial side of things, the pub will still operate under normal circumstances. That is according to a spokesperson working inside the pub. He further added that the pub will continue to provide high-quality service to its valued customers.
The community pub, located at Windmill Hill, is popular for its Sunday roast. Their Sunday roast was even considered by some customers as the “best pub Sunday roast in Bristol.” Local residents sure loved the good food served by the staff in a vibrant environment. The menu includes an array of burgers that have been reinvented to offer a more dynamic flavor for the customers. Pricing for these burgers may range from £9.50 to the £12. The pub also hosts a rib night, which happens every Monday. The said event starts at 5 PM and ends at 10:30 PM.
The Windmill Pub, The Lazy Dog, and The Pipe and Slippers are related pubs. However, the two pubs apart from The Windmill are not for sale.
